Logging into Service Desk Tool (Portal)
You will have to register and log in prior to raising a ticket, this is so you receive a more personalised experience based on the services and products your organisation uses with Trainline Partner Solutions
You will have limited access to the service desk’s knowledge base and announcements even before you login.
Once your account has been created after you have completed the registration process, you will be able to log in using the email and password you have used to create your account. (SSO currently not available for customers outwith the Trainline Organisation)
