Self Help (Solution Articles)
Our aspiration is that your organisation, where possible, can resolve some issues on your own. To help you with this, we provide solution articles via our knowledge base. You can access these articles from the self service portal. The knowledge base is provided on the home page
In addition, you can use the search field to find solutions for specific issues. It will also search for any tickets raised or signpost you to raise incident and service requests.
Once you have details within the subject heading they will auto populate.
You just need to click on the article in the right hand panel. This can be seen on the screenshots:
