Report an Issue via the Portal (Fault)
Click on the Report an issue button to access the ticket submission form
You will be able to log an Incident based on the services your company consumes from Trainline, you can select the tool/area of where your ticket lies from the first dropdown, you can then further the selection with the secondary and third dropdown.
Please try to provide as much information as you can when raising an Issue, this will ensure our team can help and assist as quick as possible for you.
