Raising a Service Request on the Portal
Click on the Request a Service button to access the ticket submission form.
Please note. You can only access this section once registered and logged in. This is to ensure we only provide options relevant to you and your organisation.
The Service Catalog consolidates all the services that you are entitled to. The Catalog makes it easy for you to request new services on the portal.
This will open up your Service Catalog Options
Once you click on the relevant Icon / Section it will open a request form. Example Below:
You can place the request on somebody else’s behalf, enter their email address and then click on Confirm
This creates a Service Request automatically
You can keep track of tickets raised via the Tickets section at the bottom of the home page or on the tickets tab from the Menu Bar
