Raising a Service Request on the Portal
To submit a ticket, click the Request a Service button to access the submission form.
Note: You must be registered and logged in to access this section. This ensures we only display options relevant to you and your organization.
The Service Catalog brings together all the services available to you, making it easy to request new services directly through the portal.

This will open up your Service Catalog Options

Once you click on the relevant Icon / Section it will open a request form. Example Below:

You can place the request on somebody else’s behalf, enter their email address and then click on Confirm

This creates a Service Request automatically
You can keep track of tickets raised via the Tickets section at the bottom of the home page or on the tickets tab from the Menu Bar
